Astro Landscape Group Photography Workshop Saturday 22nd Feb 5pm-01:00am - 4/4 places available.

£125.00

Learn to create amazing photography at night.

Join me on this unique photography course with a small group of like minded photographers.

I only run these workshops from Autumn, through the winter and in to early spring time because we need dark skies for this kind of photography.

This is a rare opportunity.

Take a look at my portfolio here and see the kind of work I'm going to be teaching you to make.

The workshop will take place on Saturday night - 22nd February 2025, 5pm - around 01:00am (weather dependant).

On this workshop, this is what you will learn:

  • How to understand and set up your camera for astro landscape photography

  • How to see, read and measure the light - When there is none!

  • Designing professional compositions - When you can't see!

  • How to create a good balanced exposure to see the ground, the sky and the stars

  • We will even complete the course with a brief post production session to finish your night by creating a work of art worthy of hanging on your wall at home!

Only 4 places available - maximum. - £125pp

This is the most popular workshop that U run by far, so if you're interested, get yourself booked in asap!

To join this workshop, you will need a DSLR, a tripod and good torch.

It will help if you also have a remote shutter release mechanism but not essential.

The location is kept secret until you've booked because we'll be out in a remote place with expensive equipment. This will be revealed to you when you book.

Meeting at my studio in Burbage, I will then transport everyone to and from the workshop location in one vehicle.

So, don't hang around and get booked in asap...

Reviews:

Helen Wells - A really enjoyable workshop! Paul was so patient with a group of beginners and really took time to make sure that we all understood the basics of photography before taking us out in the big wide world to have a play with our new found knowledge. So approachable and passionate about passing on his expertise.

Jenna Hone - I attended a workshop with Paul on the 4th February. He was so incredibly patient and thorough going through the technical side and editing afterwards.

Highly recommended and I’ll be looking to book onto another one in the near future

Kevin Watts - I attended a night photography workshop which was great fun, informative and inspiring. It took me out of my comfort zone and has motivated me to do more night time shooting.

So come along and experience a new way to open up your own creative mind in ways you never realised were available to you.
