About this puzzle:

Freemans Meadow is the site of the old coal-fired power station in Leicester, which was constructed in 1922 and even operated right up to 1976 when it was decommissioned and swapped for a gas turbine power plant. The construction came following the need to power Leicester’s tram system, which was originally led by horses.

In the foreground of the puzzle is a fitness enthusiast running by the River Soar, whilst wearing a sports respirator/mask and a beautiful Swan floating on the river Soar.

Also in the background of this panoramic fine art photograph is the King Power football stadium, home to Leicester City Football Club.

Our finished 1000 piece jigsaw measures 69cm x 48cm and is supplied in a 33cm x 20cm box with the image featuring in full on the lid.

The entire product is ethically and wholly British made by Great British Jigsaws and from completely recyclable materials in production and packaging.
